Certificates and legal guarantees apply only to content covered by MeloPro and played within the authorized framework.

If the user plays content from outside MeloPro, content imported by the user or sources not covered by MeloPro, the user remains solely responsible for all related legal obligations, including rights, declarations and royalty payments.
The user is responsible for providing accurate information for the issuance of the certificate.
This certificate covers only content played through MeloPro and covered by the service.
- It applies exclusively to MeloPro-covered content played through the service.
- It does not cover any other content, imported content, external source or third-party provider.
7. Liability
MeloPro uses all reasonable means necessary to ensure the availability of the service.
However, MeloPro cannot be held liable for interruptions related to internet networks, external technical failures, or temporary unavailability of the service.
No compensation may be claimed on these grounds.
